Airline tickets are going up. There’s a general feeling in the country
that the summer will see the end of pandemic restrictions. Making
getting an airline ticket more difficult is the fact that people
probably didn’t use their vacation days last year, so they’re going to
use them this year, allowing for an extended vacation. That means
demand is up and the prices go up accordingly. For instance, the
airlines are back to charging you an arm and a leg if you book a
flight just a week ahead.
