It may be time to get your ears checked. More than half of Americans say they’ve become more sensitive to noise since the pandemic started. Results of a new survey show that more than four in 10 adults have become more sensitive to loud music and loud conversations since the pandemic began in early 2020.

I found this same information from several sources, but none explained the reason. I can only guess it's not that out hearing has decayed but because so many have been in lockdown have become unaccustomed to noise. ~RR~
