If you can, you’re in the minority. For the first time in six years, the percentage of Americans who correctly named the legislative, executive, and judicial branches fell below the50 percent mark. Just 47 percent of people know all three branches of the government, a decline of nearly 10 points from last year. To make matters worse, one in four people could not name any of the branches.
