Thanksgiving is typically a time for big family celebrations and lots of food, but many Americans to cut back this year — or didn’t celebrate at all. One in four Americans skipped Thanksgiving altogether in order to save money. Others had smaller dinners and nearly 90% said they cut at least one dish from their table in order to help make ends meet.
