Avoid Mondays. With everyone in America starting weekly to-do lists, Monday morning is the worst time to get through to a call center. Late night is not much better, as staffing is usually a skeleton crew. Studies of call-center traffic show that the best times to call are mid-afternoons on Tuesday through Thursday, when most people are too busy working to call and complain.
