SCALE OR NO SCALE ?
We’ve been hearing that you have to weigh yourself every day if you want to lose weight. A new study disagrees. It found that stepping on the scale more frequently is associated with poorer self-esteem and body dissatisfaction. Studies have also determined that some people will suffer from greater depression and anxiety if they weigh themselves often.

BTW, Researchers found that the average adult will try 126 diets over the course of their life. That means at least two new diets every year.
