The neighbors we hate most are too noisy. That’s closely followed by neighbors who have uncontrolled kids or pets. About a quarter of those surveyed say that they’re annoyed when a neighbor borrows things and doesn’t return them. Other neighbor complaints: too messy, not friendly, mows lawn at an early hour on weekend mornings, and is too friendly.
