Medical researchers found that Monday is the day of the week that people feel their fattest and least attractive. On the other hand, Monday can be the best day as you regain your focus to push for your goals. Monday is a great day to really throw yourself into your work and get ahead of yourself for the week.

Then there’s this from the British Cardiovascular Society that indicates Monday can be a killer, literally saying deadly heart attacks are more likely to occur on Mondays than on any other day during the week. When scientists asked people to remember which day of the week was the most stressful, they always said Monday. But when scientists recorded emotions of people during each day, they found Monday to be no different from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

But Monday is the day your car is most likely to have a breakdown and it's the busiest time for road services and tow
trucks.
