Probably not. There are companies who direct their employees to simply say Happy Holidays so as to be as inclusive as possible, considering there are multiple holidays happening simultaneously. If someone wishes you Happy Holidays, please don't be offended. Consider that they are wishing you to be happy. Thats a good thing. Also consider that no one is forcing anyone in the public sector to refrain from saying anything. So may I say
