Lots of weddings this year after being postponed the few, and they are pricey. The average wedding now costs around$27,000. That’s partly because the average number of guests is up to 124.

 That would require nearly 218 per person in order for the guests to foot the bill, which is not likely. One source says that most guests will spend between $75 and $200 dollars with $50 being the minimum gift recommendation. It also depends on the venue, like a fancy restaurant vs backyard, and other factors.  Whatever the case money is being spent and lots of it.
