People lie to their dogs all the time. Like saying we're going for a ride and then end up at the Vets office. But don't think your dog won't lie to you too.
The concept of angelic and truthful dogs is not supported by science. Dogs have minds that are much like that of young human children, and we all
know that children are capable of telling lies. You know how to read your dog, and they know how to deceive you into thinking they "Need " to go out when all they want to do is play outside.
