The moment we are least likely to be patient is the moment someone tells us to be patient. But if we learn to have some patience we will live longer.  Patient people are less likely to be hospitalized, diagnosed with a disease, or die earlier than those who just can’t wait. Other personality traits that are linked to a longer life include being generous and optimistic.
